A member of the Masai tribe looks over raw lamb and beef meat hanging in the entrance to a small hut at a market on the outskirts of Arusha, Tanzania on September 24, 2008. Due to lack of electricity meat is rarely ever refridgerated in Tanzania and East Africa and because of this much of the population lives in close contact with livestock, leaving them suspetible to many health concerns including some neglected tropical diseases such as fascioliasis.
