Local children swarm a man handing out cups of water during a celebration of the parish priest's 25th year being ordained in Lukeleli, Tanzania on November 16, 2008, a day where temperatures pushed well beyond 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The town had initially dug their wells too deep and due to a dry early rainy season they were not pumping correctly leaving most of the town to drink water that had come from much more shallow sources. This water has a much higher chance of being infected with animal runoff and other sources of neglected tropical diseases.
