A shop owner sells raw lamb and beef meat while it hangs against the back wall of a small hut at a market on the outskirts of Arusha, Tanzania on September 24, 2008. Due to lack of electricity meat is rarely ever refridgerated in Tanzania and East Africa and because of this much of the population lives in close contact with livestock, leaving them suspetible to many health concerns including some neglected tropical diseases such as fascioliasis.
